Super Easy Weeknight Meal: BBQ Chicken With Over Roasted Potatoes!

Looking for a very simple idea for supper? Look no further because I’m about to tell you a very easy dinner idea that your whole family will love! BBQ chicken and oven roasted potatoes!

Ingredients:

• 1 pack of boneless chicken breasts

• 1 bottle of BBQ sauce (You can use any kind. We like Sweet Baby Rays!)

• Red potatoes

• Salt and Pepper or Mrs. Dash

• Cooking oil or cooking spray

• One pack of bread (Hawaiian rolls or BBQ bread is good!)

• Aluminum foil

Instructions:

Do the potatoes first because they take the longest to bake. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease a pan, cut your potatoes into circles, and then place them into your pan. Sprinkle your Salt and Pepper or Mrs. Dash evenly on top of the potatoes. After that, put a layer of aluminum foil over the top of your potatoes to bake them. Leave them to bake for 45 minutes or until they are cooked thoroughly.

For the chicken, first you have to boil your chicken. Then cut the chicken into smaller strips. Place the strips into a pan, and then pour BBQ sauce all over the chicken. Rotate the strips to make sure all sides are covered in the sauce. Then bake it for about 10 or 15 minutes. Since the chicken was already cooked, you don’t have to bake it, but it really makes it taste better in my opinion.

If you time everything just right, everything should be ready at the same time! Just put everything on a plate, and add your rolls, and there’s a full meal! Enjoy!

*Such a fancy plate, right?!*
