Great Day With Friends And Family

Today was a really fun day! I got to see my mom, visit a friend, and my boyfriend’s family came over tonight. As a stay at home mom, I like lazy days, but I also like days like this that keep me busy!

This morning my mom came over around 10:00am. It had been a week since she’s seen us so she got little man from me right away! She had to get her grand baby fix. We chilled out for the next couple hours at my house and then we went to see a friend together!

My friend has 3 little girls, and they are so adorable! They are 6, 2 and the youngest one is a little over a month old. It’s fun to visit over there because we both have so many mom stories, and we just goof off. At one point my mom was holding JJ, and my friend was holding her baby so I played with the 2 and 6 year old some! When we were about to leave, there we’re leaving too so I helped my friend get her girls ready. I brushed their hair and put it in ponytails. They also wanted little bows in their hair too!

When I was brushing their hair, it made me kinda hope we have a little girl next. I’ve always wanted at least one of each. When I was pregnant, I knew JJ was going to be a boy before they even told me, and I was happy, and I love my JJ, but I hope my next one will be a girl. If I only have boys that’s okay too though. I’ll love all of my kiddos the same!

My friend and I also joke around about our babies dating one day. We joke about having an arranged marriage for our babies because we’d like the in laws! Of course it’s a joke though. If we keep having play dates and they end up being friends that’s awesome, but of course who our kids marry is up to them. Plus that’s too far away for this mama to think about anyway! Haha!

When we got back to my house, my mom stayed until my boyfriend got home around 4. I was about to make spaghetti, but my boyfriend and I started looking through our restaurant coupons and started craving Burger King. Then my boyfriend wanted to invite his family over. Our house was a wreck, but I said sure anyways.

My boyfriend is the oldest of 6 so he went to his mom’s house first to pick up some of his siblings to help him order all of the food (and use more coupons at a time). I speed cleaned the entire house before he, his mom, and all of his siblings came! We killed some BK! Then we played some Uno! Then his mom wanted a picture of all of her kids together because they’re hardly ever all in the same place anymore. Even Javier and I took a family picture with JJ! Also, JJ got to see his grandma and his abuelita today!

So today was busy, but it was a nice day! I’m glad I got to see friends and family today. Now I’m finishing my night cuddled up with my boys watching tv. That’s always my favorite way to end my day. ❤️
