Are you trying to think of the perfect dessert for a family get together or do you just have a sweet tooth? Either way, I have just the treat for you! Today I’m going to share with you a dessert recipe that you will LOVE. Without further ado, here’s the recipe for Pineapple upside-down cake!

Ingredients:
- 1 can of crushed pineapple
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- One yellow cake mix (any brand)
- One cup of oil
- 3 eggs
- One box of vanilla or lemon flavored INSTANT pudding
- Regular Pam spray
Directions:
First, you will need a pound cake pan and a large bowl. You will add your pineapples to your pan first, and then mix in your cup of brown sugar evenly with the pineapples.
Then you will want to add your yellow cake mix to your mixing bowl. Then mix in your 3 eggs, cup of oil, and pudding mix to your cake mix. Then grease your cake pan, and add your cake mix over top of the brown sugar and pineapple mixture. Then bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
Then serve and enjoy!
