I can’t believe my little man is 3 months old today! He is getting so big! He’s already in 3-6 month clothes! It seems like everyday he grows more and more. With growing, he’s also had tons of milestones this month!
He’s started laughing and smiling a ton! Every time people talk to him, he smiles really big. He laughs when I tickle his toes and when I grab his hands and do patty cake. He’s really getting some personality now.
Another thing is that he doesn’t like laying down unless he’s asleep now. He only likes sitting in my lap because he’s upright. So one of my friends gave us a little walker! He loves it! He sits in it for a while at a time. It helps me get chores done because I just wheel him around wherever I go!
We also have a milestone for both of us! He latches and feeds like a pro now! I also have gotten out of my shell, and I have fed him in public several times. I cover up, but still it’s a milestone!
One of my favorite milestones is the he’s been LOVING bathtime. He splashes and kicks around for around 30 minutes usually. I just sit there with him laughing because it’s so cute!
Also, he sleeps about 10 hours sometimes! We try to lay him down around 9:00pm, he sleeps until 11:30pm, and the a little after 12:00am he sleeps until usually 10:00am or 11:00am. Some nights are different when he is teething or something, but he’s great for the most part.
The last milestone is not my favorite. I’ve mentioned this in several blogs, but it’s the teething. It’s so not fun. He cries mostly at night, and he’s constantly biting his hands. I only do infant Tylenol when necessary, but sucking on my finger and cold washcloths help him. He also likes nursing more than he likes bottles because of the teething too.
I can’t wait to see him grow even more. It just keeps getting better and better all the time. I’m just soaking it all in and enjoying the ride!
